Under 11's are very fortunate to have up to 80 players in our ranks for this season. The coaches realise that at 11 it's about helping the players develop the skills that will help them progress through the ranks over the coming years. Having numbers in the 80's demands a strong team of coaches and the section is lucky to have 9 coaches with a wealth of experience and knowledge.
The coaches place a focus on player development both in rugby terms and in terms of their own personal development. The 11's believe putting an emphasis on fun and inclusion for all, while at the same time developing the rugby skills of each individual player.
With a strong fixtures list coming up the under 11's this year will organise our own blitz to insure all players get match time to develop the skills they learn in the different drills. The 11's realise players want to play and our vision is to insure all our players can look back on this season and feel they have developed while having fun.
