Constitution reversed the last month’s J2 League result against Dolphin with a last minute win at Temple Hill on Sunday morning. Out half Simon Barry was the star scorer with all the points, but it was a great team performance that created the victory against a strong Dolphin side.
In the first half Simon Barry kicked two penalties for Con and in reply for Dolphin, Sam Fuller scored an unconverted try, to leave Con 6-5 ahead at the break.
Tim Cotter scored a try for Dolphin in the second period and Pat Ahern added the points. Simon Barry then scored for Con and converted to retrieve the lead for the home side. Ahern put Dolphin back in front again with a penalty and in the final minute Barry drilled a penalty from the touchline between the posts to give Con the points..
