Re: Vision for the Future

Dear Chairman/Coach,
You may already be aware that for the last 14 months we have had a special group examining participation and ethos within our Club. That group’s deliberations have now been completed.

Arising from their findings we have drawn up a Vision For The Future. This was agreed by the Executive Committee at their meeting of the 1st December and a copy is attached herewith. I would ask that you read it and let me have any comments you may wish to make.

In addition to the Vision we have drawn up an organisational structure. Copies of this structure are currently on display within the clubhouse. In line with this structure we will begin immediately engaging in dialogue with the various committees throughout the Club and so ensure that everyone understands the Vision and is working towards it. It is envisaged that this process will take several months.
